Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms apply when you use 6starsstudio.com or buy anything from 6Stars Studio (“we,” “us”), a website service based in Jesup, Georgia. By placing an order or starting service you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, email jesse@6starsstudio.com before you buy.

Free demo

When you request a demo, we build a sample home page using the details you give us. There is no charge and no obligation. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe nothing, and we may take the demo offline.

Website plans

We offer three monthly plans. Each has a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee:

• Starter — $349 setup + $79/month.
• Growth — $349 setup + $149/month. Everything in Starter plus online booking, automated review requests, Google Business Profile setup, one extra town page, and one Google post per month.
• Pro — $499 setup + $249/month. Everything in Growth plus Google Business Profile management, missed-call text-back, two blog posts per month, and three town pages.
• Founding-client offer — the first 5 clients may choose Starter at $249 setup + $49/month, in exchange for an honest review and permission to show their site as an example of our work. The founding rate stays in place for as long as the client keeps continuous service.

The setup fee covers designing and launching your website as described on our site at the time of your order. It is due only after you have seen your demo and chosen to go live. Once your site has been launched, the setup fee is non-refundable because the work has been delivered.

Monthly billing — no contract

• Plans are billed every month in advance until you cancel. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee.
• You can cancel at any time by emailing us. Service continues through the end of the period you’ve already paid for; we don’t issue partial-month refunds.
• Every plan covers hosting, domain management, SSL, backups, software updates, basic ongoing local SEO, security and uptime monitoring, and small updates (such as text, hours, prices, or photo changes). Larger changes — new pages, redesigns, or new features — are quoted separately before any work begins.
• If a payment fails and isn’t resolved after we’ve contacted you, we may pause the site until the account is current.

Annual prepay (optional)

You may prepay a year of any plan and pay for 10 months instead of 12. Prepaying is optional and does not create a contract. [TODO(Jesse): decide what happens if a prepaid client cancels mid-year — e.g. refund of unused full months at the regular monthly rate, or no refund — and state it here.]

Add-ons

• Monthly add-ons: Online Booking $25/month, Review Collection $49/month, Missed-Call Text-Back $79/month, Google Business Profile Management $149/month, and Extra Town Pages ($149 one-time + $15/month each). They are billed alongside your plan and can be cancelled the same way.
• One-time add-ons: Logo & Branding $149, Google Business Profile Setup $249, Photo Gallery $99, and Blog Posts $129 each. One-time add-ons are non-refundable once delivered.
• Text messaging features (such as missed-call text-back or review requests) depend on third-party carriers and providers and must be used in line with their rules and applicable law.

Website & AI Performance Audit — $149

The audit is a one-time service. We aim to deliver it within 24 hours of receiving payment and the website address to review. If you go ahead with a website build within [TODO(Jesse): e.g. 30 days] of your audit, the full $149 is credited toward your setup fee. The audit is our professional opinion and recommendations; it doesn’t guarantee any particular ranking, traffic, or result. If we can’t deliver your audit, we’ll refund you in full.

AI Playbook for Local Service Businesses — $29

The Playbook is a digital product delivered electronically. Because it can’t be returned once delivered, sales are final once you’ve received access, unless the file is missing or unusable — in that case email us and we’ll fix it or refund you. Your purchase gives you a personal license to use the material in your own business; please don’t resell or redistribute it.

Your content and your domain

You confirm you have the right to use any text, logos, and photos you give us. Your business content stays yours. If you leave, we’ll coordinate in good faith to release your domain name and hand over the content assets we’ve developed for you.

No guarantees on rankings

We work to help your business show up in search, but no one controls Google or other search and AI platforms. We don’t promise specific rankings, traffic, calls, or revenue.

Third-party services

We rely on third parties such as hosting, domain, email, form, messaging, and payment providers. Their services are subject to their own terms, and occasional outages outside our control can happen. We’ll work to restore service quickly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We aren’t liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change, and current clients will be told about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
